Description : The Pasay City Government - City Engineering Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee, and in accordance with the provisions of RA12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 17,920.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project: “Repair and Replacement of Parts of Mitsubishi Elevator located at the lobby of Pasay City Hall” chargeable against the GENERAL FUND CY2025.
The Pasay City Government BAC now requests the quotation for the project: Repair and Replacement of Parts of Mitsubishi Elevator located at the lobby of Pasay City Hall. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
Please submit your duly signed quotations/proposals not later than September 1, 2025 at 10:00am for the item described above, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided with this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
