  Description : 1. The Las Piñas National High School Almanza, through the School Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) February 2026 intends to apply the One Hundred Seventy Thousand Only (₱170,000.00) being the Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair and Repaint of Classrooms, Hallways and Offices - Learning Resource Center (LRC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. Completion period of the project must be within 7 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
  
  3. The Las Piñas National High School Almanza now requests for quotation for the Repair and Repaint of Classrooms, Hallways and Offices - Learning Resource Center (LRC). Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
