Description : 1. The Bureau of Customs (BOC), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and Fifty-Nine Centavos (PhP5,636,646.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Repair and Renovation of X-Ray Inspection Project (XIP) Central Office, Bureau of Customs”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bureau of Customs (BOC) now invites bids for “Repair and Renovation of X-Ray Inspection Project (XIP) Central Office, Bureau of Customs” The project shall be completed in one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
