GENERAL PROVISIONS
A. General Requirements
I. Mobilization/Demobilization
• The work consists of the mobilization and demobilization of the contractor-s forces and equipment necessary for performing the work required under the contract.
II. Temporary Facilities
• Temporary facilities shall be provided during the construction period and will be constructed within the hospital compound, which shall serve as the field office, storage of materials and bunkhouse for the workers. The contractor shall provide and maintain temporary power & lighting, temporary water service & security within the construction site.
III. Health, Safety & Environment Control (Complete PPE, Safety Equipment & Devices & Safety Accessories and Signages)
• Safety/warning signage must be placed by the contractor on the construction area with clear demarcation of construction zones to prevent unauthorized access.
