1) The Department of Education Schools Division of South Cotabato, through the SARO No. OSEC-12-24-5550 FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos and Thirty-Two Centavos (Php 2,371,524.32) for Lot 1, and One Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and Thirty-Two Centavos (Php 1,724,885.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
