1. The DepEd-Schools Division of South Cotabato, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos and Fifty-Four Centavos (Php 2,964,223.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Rehabilitation of Four (4) Classrooms Project under CY 2024 Quick Response Fund (QRF) Batch 1 at Lampitak ES (Purchase Request No. DSC-24-12-286). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
