Description : 1. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through Calamity Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and Sixty Centavos (Php1,202,275.60), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Repair and Rehabilitation of Farm to Market Road, Gabor Norte, 2025-54. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works has required 30 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
