  Invitation to Bid for the Repair and Rehabilitation of 4-Storey Records & Dormitory Building of COA RO I
  
  1) The COA RO No. I, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and 98/100 (₱ 5,549,894.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment of the contract Repair and Rehabilitation of 4-Storey Records & Dormitory Building of COA RO I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The COA RO I now invites bids for the Repair and Rehabilitation of 4-Storey Records & Dormitory Building of COA RO I located at COA RO No. I Compound, Barangay Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union.
