A.) This section specifies labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for the complete REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VPA AND ROAD MARKINGS FOR DUMAGUETE AIRPORT, to wit:

I. MOBILIZATION
Mobilize and preparation for the implementation of the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VPA AND ROAD MARKINGS FOR DUMAGUETE AIRPORT

II. PAINTING WORKS
Surface Preparation
*Scrapping and brushing of existing loose paints
Painting
*Repainting of all road markings at the entrance/exit access road and at the vehicular area;
*Painting/provisioning of PWD marking in designated PWD parking and drop-off area;and
*Repainting of parking post (6ft from floor line) at the vehicular parking area

III.
A.) The Contractor shall be required to submit to the Project in Charge a "Safety Work Plan" prior to the commencement of the work.
