Description : Invitation to Bid for
Repair & Maintenance of Tower (40 KVA) and DVOR (30 KVA) UPS at Laguindingan A/P
1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the CAAP Corporate Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF TOWER (40KVA) AND DVOR (30KVA) UPS AT LAGUINDINGAN A/P (Bid No. AX-2025-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area Center 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
