1. The Barangay Government of Danao intends to apply the sum of NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE PESOS and 00/100
(PHP 97, 325.00). Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS (TALUNGON, PROPER CANLUWAY AND CATMON)- DANAO, CAJIDIOCAN, ROMBLON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Danao now invites bid for the Goods only. Bidders must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, a single contract similar to the contract to be bid.
