SCOPE OF WORK:
A.) This section specifies labor, materials equipment and incidentals required for the complete REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SECURITY FENCE AND VPA RAILINGS FOR DUMAGUETE AIRPORT, to wit:

I. MOBILIZATION
Mobilize and preparation for the implementation of the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SECURITY FENCE AND VPA RAILINGS FOR DUMAGUETE AIRPORT.

II. PAINTING WORKS
Surface Preparation
*Scrapping and brushing of existing loose paints and rust.
Painting
*Repainting of all security fence and vehicular parking area railings.

III. METAL WORKS
Repair of damaged security fence and vehicular parking area of railings.
Repair and installation of barbwire top guards.

IV. MASONRY WORKS
Repair and retouching of damaged masonry works of security fence.

V. SITE SAFETY
A.) The Contractor shall be required to submit to the Project in Charge a "Safety Work Plan" prior to the commencement of the work.
