THE BARANGAY GOVERNEMNT OF SAN MIGUEL NOW CALL FOR THE SUBMISSION OF LETTERS OF INTENT (LOI) FROM THE POTENTIAL BIDDERS TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR THE ABOVE-STATED PROJECT, BIDDERS SHOULD POSSESS A VALID PCAB LICENSE APPLICATION FOR THE ABOVE TYPE AND COST OF THE CONTRACT, HAVE MINIMUM ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS STATED IN THE ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS.
