Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid for

Repair and Maintenance of Rescue Vehicle and Emergency Vehicle

1. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon through its Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Twenty Eight Pesos & 00/100 (PHP 165,028.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment of the Repairs and Maintenance of Rescue Vehicle and Emergency Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Repairs and Maintenance of Rescue Vehicle and Emergency Vehicle (see Section VI of the ITB for the schedule of requirements) Delivery of the GOODS is required by 15 calendar days upon award of contract. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
