I. MOBILIZATION
*Mobilize and preparation for the implementation of the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF POWER PLANT FACILITY FOR DUMAGUETE AIRPORT

II. PLUMBING WORKS
*Repair and replacement of damaged P-Trap and fittings at the kitchen sink
*Repair and replacement of damaged plumbing fittings and fixtures at the comfort room

III. TILING WORKS
*Removal of old damaged tiles at the Office and Living Quarters at the Power Plant Facility
*Preparation of surface for retiling works
*Installation of new tiles and tile grouting
*Application of tile grout at the comfort room

IV. ELECTRICAL WORKS
* Repair and replacement of damaged electrical fixtures at the Power Plant Facility

V. PAINTING WORKS
* Surface preparation of interior wall at the Power Plant Facility
