Description : REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF POWER PLANT: (1 LOT)

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Water proofing on existing concrete roof deck;
2. Repainting of existing genset room floor; and
3. Clearing and cleaning of debris at the area.

Note:
a. Contractor must furnish an UPDATED/VALID Philgeps Certification, Mayor's Permit, DTI and BIR Registration/Certification;
b. Contractor must be preferably within Negros Oriental or (within Dumaguete City), who can provide the needed services;
c. Contractor must provide proof of transaction providing above-stated services for at least one (1) year prior to this transaction;
d. Accomplish work within the period specified by the contractee (first party); and
e. Additional Instruction: Contractor must observe the Minimum Health Standard imposed by the Health Authority.
