Prospective bidders should have a PCAB License with an experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 10 years. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of 12009.
