Greetings!

The Municipal Government of Delfin Albano, Isabela through the Bids and Awards Committee, had initiated competitive bidding for the Repair and Maintenance of One Unit Nissan Ambulance with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (P 490,000.00).

The first bidding was conducted on March 21, 2025 but it was declared failure because of the absence of bidder. An as a consequence, therefore, the Bids and Awards Committee have conducted rebidding of the said project on April 2, 2025 again, it was considered failure due to the absence of bidder.

As enunciated in the 2016 Revised IRR of Republic Act. No. 9184 better known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, the procuring entity is allowed to resort to Alternative Method of Procurement, if and when two-failed bidding ensue.
