1. The City Government of Surigao, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Maintenance of Old PNP Building, City Hall Compound, this city (ITB No. 2025-Infra-046). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for Repair and Maintenance of Old PNP Building, City Hall Compound, this city (ITB No. 2025-Infra-046). Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
