1. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its MO-MOOE 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Pesos only (Php 350,430.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF NAVARRA VEHICLE (SPARE PARTS & LABOR) Completion of Works is required within thirty (30 ) calendar days.
