The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF PANDAN, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through its Development Fund intends to apply an amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWO & 44/100 PESOS Only (Php185,402.44 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the OR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL PERIMITER FENCE OF BARANGAY PANDAN, ALAMINOS CITY, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
