Scope of Work:
1. Isolate and disconnect power supply to the signage lighting circuit.
2. Remove existing lighting fixtures and defective bulbs from the signage.
3. Supply and install new LED lighting fixtures with equivalent wattage, voltage rating, and color temperature as existing.
4. Install and properly secure the replacement lamps to ensure correct positioning and uniform illumination of the office name signage.
5. Perform proper wiring, termination, and secure mounting of fixtures.
6. Restore power and conduct testing to ensure safe, uniform illumination.
7. Perform final cleaning of the signage area and proper disposal of replaced materials.
Materials:
LED lighting fixtures, copper electrical wires, connectors, and necessary mounting accessories.
Labor:
Includes skilled electrical labor for dismantling, installation, wiring, testing, and site cleanup.
