  Supply and Installation of Chlorination System:
  A.) Chlorinator Feeder;
  - Vacuum Gas Feeder; Regulator with Relief Valve; Series 480, Model 481C1
  - Capacity: 1kg/hr., 100ppd;
  B.) Ejector;
  - Diffuser/Check Valve Assembly;
  - Includes: 3/8" Tubing with Screen, 3/8" Vacuum Tubing, Flexible Hose, Lead Gasket, Hose Adaptor, Spare Parts Kit;
  - One (1) Assembly 3/4" Vertical Manifold, includes Header Valve and Drip Leg Flexible Connector per connection and Drip Leg Heater.
  Note:
  - The supplier/installer shall submit the Operation and Maintenance Manual; and, shall stipulate the 1-year warranty period;
  - Additional Scope of Works based on the mandatory actual site inspection/visit at WTP's Chlorination System, as follows:
  - Installation and mounting of Gas Feeder to desired location;
  - Includes tubing (going to ejector and gas chlorine tank); the connecting of tube end to gas chlorination tank will be done by the AFAB/client's waterworks team;
