INVITATION TO BID FOR

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF BAGGAGE X-RAY MACHINE AND METAL WALK THROUGH DETECTOR AT TACLOBAN AIRPORT
(BID NO. VIII-2025-001)

1. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES (CAAP), through the CAAP Corporate Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS & 77/100 (Php2,999,157.77) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF BAGGAGE X-RAY MACHINE AND METAL WALK THROUGH DETECTOR AT TACLOBAN AIRPORT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
