2.0 Preventive Maintenance Service of 5 Units Sliding Door at PTB 4 lots

Scope of Works:
Replacement of defective parts (above listed parts only).
Supply of labor, tools and supervision for the preventive and corrective maintenance.
Check and clean all mechanical and electrical components.
Schedule of maintenance will be quarterly basis and during regular office hour only Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Service call after maintenance visit is free of charge.
