Description : I. Project Description
The project involves the repair, replacement, and installation of floor/wall tiles in identified areas of the school premises to restore safety, functionality, and aesthetic appearance.
II. Scope of Activities
1. Site Inspection and Preparation
o Conduct actual site inspection and measurement.
o Removal of damaged, cracked, and loose tiles.
o Surface cleaning and preparation prior to installation.
2. Removal Works
o Careful dismantling of existing damaged tiles.
o Proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
o Surface leveling and correction of uneven subfloor/wall surface.
3. Supply and Installation
o Supply of brand-new tiles (size and design as specified).
o Application of tile adhesive/cement.
o Proper alignment and leveling of tiles.
o Installation of tile spacers to ensure uniform gaps.
o Grouting of tile joints with appropriate grout material.
4. Finishing Works
o Cleaning of installed tiles.
