INVITATION TO BID

REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF LOCAL ROAD (PHASE 1)

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY STO. CRISTO, TABACO CITY, ALBAY, through the Barangay Development Fund / Local Government Support Fund, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (PHP 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF LOCAL ROAD.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY STO. CRISTO, TABACO CITY, ALBAY, now invites bidders for REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF LOCAL ROAD. Completion of the works is required within is NINETY (9O) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description is contained in bidding documents.
