Regular Fund 101 intends to apply the sum of OneMillion Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred SixtySeven Pesos and 01/100 (Php1,416,867.01) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment
under the contract for “Repair and Improvement of Wind Tunnel, Instrument Building and Storage Basic
Met”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening....
