1. The Department of Education (DepED) Schools Division Office of Mabalacat City through the Basic Educational Facilities Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eight Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos and 7/100 (PhP 208,460.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF SDO VARIOUS OFFICES Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
