1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TIGBI, TIWI, ALBAY,
through the LGSF-Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2024 GAA, RA No. 11975, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND 99/100 PESOS (PHP 1,999,857.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD (PHASE 1) OF BARANGAY TIGBI TIWI, ALBAY

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TIGBI, TIWI, ALBAY, now
