1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MAYNONONG, TIWI, ALBAY,through the LGSF-Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY THREE THOUSAND 08 /100 PESOS (PHP 1,999,723.08), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD (PHASE 1) OF BARANGAY MAYNONONG TIWI, ALBAY

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
