1. The BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION MIMAROPA, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos and 97/100 Ctvs. (Php949,999.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for BFP BAC IB No. 007 s. 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION MIMAROPA now invites bids for the Repair and Improvement of Puerto Galera Fire Station, Oriental Mindoro.
