REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF PROVINCIAL MUSEUM, Tuguegarao City
1. The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the AIP 2024 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Two Pesos and Two Centavos (11,999,832.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF PROVINCIAL MUSEUM, Tuguegarao City (2024-AIP/20%DF- TUG-033).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is Four Hundred Twenty (420) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
