The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology - National Capital Region through its Bids and Awards Committee, will undertake Small Value Procurement for the REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF PERIMETER FENCE OF MANILA CITY JAIL FEMALE DORMITORY which will be undertaken in accordance with Section 34.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
