Description : INVITATION TO SUBMIT PRICE QUOTATION FOR THE REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF FIELD OFFICE IN CATBALOGAN CITY
Project Reference No. NFA-2026-BBAC-NSAM-04
1. The National Food Authority (NFA), Northern Samar Branch Office, through its Corporate Budget for 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Repair and Improvement of Field Office in Catbalogan City in accordance with Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
Proposal received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening proposals.
2. The NFA Northern Samar Branch Office now requests for quotation from contractors who are of good standing, technically, legally and financially capable of executing the contract to submit their offer. Completion of Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon contractor-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Contractor should have completed a contract similar to the project.
