Description : Providing labor and materials for the repair and enhancement of the Abaca Tuxy Buying Special Project in Paniqui, Caramoran, Catanduanes with the following works to be completed, to wit:

One (1) Lot

1. Landslide Remediation - removal of landslide debris at least 7 meters from the closest structure, at least 0.2 meter below the finish floorline of the trading/office, clearing and cleaning in and around the trading center and warehouse center.
2. Ceiling works- repair of ceiling in the trading center and stripping center
3. Painting works - repainting works in the trading center and stripping center and interior primer painting in the warehouse building
4. Electrical Works - repair/replacement of damaged electricals
5. Roof Works - repair of roofs and replacement of corner flushing
6. Maintenance and Repainting of Machines - replacement of coil springs, repainting and lubrication of machines
7. Signage Installation - placement of new project signage
8. Window Replacement - replacement of one window in the trading center
