1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through GSO-MOOE CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN PESOS AND TWENTY CENTAVOS (Php 198,527.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract REPAIR OF AMBULANCE (F4B824 & F6A078) [GOODS-SVP-2025-06-048]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
