1. The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P800,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the RENTAL OF VISUAL AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS A TENT, FOR A DURATION OF SIX DAYS FOR THE UPCOMING 7TH ABACA FESTIVAL EVENTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur, now invites Bids from eligible bidders for the RENTAL OF VISUAL AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS A TENT, FOR A DURATION OF SIX DAYS FOR THE UPCOMING 7TH ABACA FESTIVAL EVENTS.
