1. The Municipality of Polillo, through Trust Fund- DRRMF approved by the Sanguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (₱699,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Rental of Venue for Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (CBDRRM) Training w/ accompanying foods & room accommodation on August 3-9,2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
