" The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through the Trust Fund Intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND (Php. 469,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the RENTAL OF VENUE AND ACCOMODATION INCLUDING FOODS FOR THE PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN (PPMP) WORKSHOP.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
