INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
RENTAL OF VENUE & ACCOMMODATION TO BE USED FOR THE STANDARD FIRST AID TRAINING OF TRAINERS ACTIVITY ON JANUARY 14-17, 2025

1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Five Thousand Pesos Only (₱105,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR4599. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites quotation for the project: Rental of Venue & Accommodation to be used for the Standard First Aid Training of Trainers Activity on January 14-17, 2025 with reference no. PR4599, render of services are required on January 14-17, 2025 upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
