  Note:
  1.Transportation Vehicle will be used to transport the participants during the training for the Regional Athletic Association Meet Proper to different venues in Batangas.
  
  
  2. Specific venue of the event and other details shall be provided by the end-user upon award of the contract to the winning bidder.
  
  
  
  TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. Service Provider must be Accredited by the Department of Tourism (For Travel and Tours Company).
  
  2. Service Provider must be Accredited by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.
  
  3. Transportation Vehicle must have Comprehensive Insurance
  
  4. Transportation Vehicle shall have Passenger Personal Accident Insurance as mandated by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.
  
  5. Provide Pictures of each Transportation Vehicle or Public Utility Vehicle (Yellow Plate).
  
  6. Transportation Vehicle must be LTO Registered.
