Note:

1.Transportation Vehicle will be used to transport the participants, Monitoring Officials and Top Management during Regional Schools Press Conference 2025 to Malvar Batangas.

2. Specific venue of the event and other details shall be provided by the end-user upon award of the contract to the winning bidder.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Service Provider must be Accredited by the Department of Tourism (For Travel and Tours Company).

2. Service Provider must be Accredited by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.

3. Transportation Vehicle must have Comprehensive Insurance

4. Transportation Vehicle shall have Passenger Personal Accident Insurance as mandated by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.
