Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE RENTAL OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE PARTICIPANTS OF 2025 CLRAA MEET ON APRIL 19-25, 2025
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of one million and nine hundred eighty thousand pesos (₱1,980,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Rental of Transportation for the participants of 2025 CLRAA Meet on April 19-25, 2025 (BP-25-03-0128) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
3.
