1. The Sandiganbayan, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply
the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱3,600,000.00) being the
ABC to payments under the contract for the Rental of Thirty-Four (34) units of
High-Speed Photocopying Machines for twelve (12) months CY 2025-2026 for
the Sandiganbayan Centennial Building [Reference No. SB-BID01-2025]. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sandiganbayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of
the Goods is required within three (3) calendar days from receipt of Notice to
Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of
