• Requirements:
- Ease and Convenient Access, 24/7
- 24-Hour Security Personnel and CCTV Cameras
- Double-Lock System
- Only Registered Individuals will be allowed access
- Airtight, Watertight Storage

• Payment Term:
- Thirty (30) days upon receipt of billing

• Special Conditions:
- Quotation shall be based on a 10-months period, but actual payment shall be based on the actual number of months and container van/s being used.
- The IPOPHL may pre-terminate lease contract at any time upon prior written notice to the LESSOR which shall be given at least one (1) month prior to the intended date of termination without additional cost or penalty to the IPOPHL.
- The LESSOR should be responsible for obtaining Insurance on the Leased Premises.
