Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
RENTAL OF STAGE, LIGHTS AND SOUNDS FOR THE CONDUCT OF TARLAC'S NIGHT OF MUSIC AND PRIDE (TOURISM PROGRAM - IMAGE BUILDING) (REBID)
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 1,590,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rental of Stage, Lights and Sounds for the Conduct of Tarlac's Night of Music and Pride (Tourism Program - Image Building) (Rebid) / B-G-2025-148. Bids received in excess of the ABC Shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one (1) calendar day. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
