INVITATION TO BID FOR THE RENTAL OF SOUNDS, LIGHTS, LED WALL AND MAIN ARCH FOR THE FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY AND AGTEN TUFI FESTIVAL 2025 CELEBRATION

1. The Municipality of Tupi through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 1,650,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rental of Sounds, Lights, LED Wall and Main Arch for the Foundation Anniversary and Agten Tufi Festival 2025 Celebration/ITB 055-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
