1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through Culture & Arts CY 2025/Clean & Green CY 2025/ Foundation Day Celebration 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract RENTAL OF SOUND SYSTEM/LED WALL & LIGHTS TO BE USE DURING MS.
