INVITATION TO BID FOR RENTAL OF SOUND SYSTEM FOR VARIOUS SOCIO CULTURAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLJOON

1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the Municipal Tourism Office (General Fund (3,000,000.00)/SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET (1,000,000.00), intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 700,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for RENTAL OF SOUND SYSTEM FOR VARIOUS SOCIO CULTURAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLJOON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
